OUR SEARCH PROCESS
Our search process is highly collaborative.
Create Candidate Profile: We meet with company leaders, founders, board members and HR leaders to gain insight into your culture, challenges you may be facing as well as growing pains you may be experiencing. From the insight we gain, we develop a profile of the ideal candidate your company seeks.
Develop a Position Annoucement: We will work with you to flush out required competencies, experience, education, characteristics, and preferred talents as well as benchmark salary and compensation, which is then developed into an appealing position announcement.
Develop Timeframe and Fees: Based on company priorities, suggest realistic timeframe and our fees for either contingency or retained search.
Guidance in establishing competitive salary range: Given the size of the company and its revenues, we will recommend a salary range if you have not established one.
Periodic Updates: We will share our progress and number of applicants we have screened and recommend any modifications or changes to the position announcement, if necessary.
Screening of candidates: We will screen applicants, conduct first level interviews and develop a prospective list of candidates to present you for consideration. We will collaborate with you to schedule candidates for next level interviews.
Additional support is provided as needed on Contingent Searches and included in Retained Searches:
Interview Assistance: Assist in developing interview questions and criteria to assess each candidate’s suitability for the position.
Offer Assistance: Guide you in making an initial verbal offer or assist you developing a written offer to the candidate.
Reference checks: Conduct up to 3 reference checks on the final candidate.
